Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product is defective
The product received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design)
📌 Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Size issues (unless we sent the wrong size)
Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
Used, washed, or altered items
Sale or discounted items
Return Request Timeframe
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained
Condition of Returned Items
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
Any item failing quality check will not be accepted for return
How to Request a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram with:
Order number
Clear pictures/videos of the issue
Our team will review your request
If approved, return instructions will be shared
🚚 Return shipping cost will be borne by ROYALIST only if the mistake is from our side. Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds are made via:
Bank transfer
Easypaisa / JazzCash
(Cash on Delivery refunds are not available)
💳 Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect items
Exchange depends on product availability
If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered
